Ordering Process is as follows:
1. CREATE A DESIGN - we will work with you in creating a design
2. CHOOSE WOOD TYPE - a detailed design requires harder wood
3. CHOOSE STAIN COLOR - we can assist in selecting the best stain
4. CHOOSE FINISH - polyurethane or lacquer finish
5. DESIGN CONFiRMATION - customer approved email confirming the design
6. PROJECT COST - total cost of project will be emailed
7. SHIPPING COST - is determined by weight, dimensions, and distance
8 Payment must be received before delivery and will be requested by email.
9. Once payment is received, project's progress reports will be emailed.
10. Upon project completion, a photo will be emailed.
11. Once shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent
